The client has a corporate website for their retail business. It is visited by tens of thousands of users daily who make corporate inquiries and access the client portal. The client needs to continuously update its website and keep it relevant to its customers with high availability.
The client was facing challenges in modernizing their website and upgrading it due to the legacy system and having a high bounce rate due to very slow page speed. They also faced frequent downtimes due to unnecessary dependencies on other systems and having too many points of failures.
